"Management should consider advancing employees with many years of experience in the company rather than hiring graduates without work experience. However, American SuzukI is a great stepping stone for those that need to gain the work experience needed to move up in their career."

"Do not apply until after they have demonstrated their ability to run a successful operation."

"Senior management in the home office have not demonstrated any ability to run a successful automotive company in a difficult market."

"Hire some people who do know what they are doing."

"It is an excellent company. Make extremely reliable products and the people are great."

"I have spent most of my career with ASMC and was wishing to retire from this company but due to the economic conditions this was not possible."

"It is a manufcaturing company and needs to look more towards marketing to help strengthen their future."

"They pay people different rates depending on how well you can negotiate. One temp worker was making way more money doing the same job. I was there for 3 months and never had an opportunity to grow within the company."

"The Company counts mostly on the seniority or tenure of stay with the Company and not with what you have accomplished for promotion. They don't promote someone who is too young for the position of manager."
