"SuzukI is an Asian company who believes in strong committment and loyalty. A lot of employees have stayed with the company for 20+ years. Must be dedicated to the assignments given by the executive management."

What don't you like about working at Suzuki Motor?

"Ecomomic situation in the US has caused the parent company in Japan to shift business focus to other developing countries, such as India and China."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More marketing to help with the product recognition. SuzukI makes excellent motorcycles and cars, but unable to compete due to lack of emphasis on marketing."

"work equipment outdated, old furniture never replaced. employee training hard to get approval."

"As far as the automotive side goes...there are no suggestions, they are closing."
