"I’ve worked in the Engineering trade for the past 7 years, and have enjoyed every second of it. I’ve created great relationships and established a well rounded network. Sutter Health is a large hospital chain with a mission to save lives and provide outstanding customer service."
"Sutter Health Systems is a diverse health organization, which is becoming Northern CA best place to work as well as a health care organization. They believe in growth and opportunity and developing their employees. Their benefit package includes excellent healthcare, pension and work-balance program by allowing certain departments to work remotely from home."
"Honestly great position for a first-time IT position however I am looking to grow at a faster rate than they can offer, I believe a startup can provide just that"
"I've been blessed to be part of an amazing team at Sutter Health for the last six years. The team is more like a family than a place of employment. The team sets aside differences for the sake of team goals and customer needs. We have a very safe and inclusive environment where each team member can speak up and share ideas without being judged or frowned upon. I would recommend joining this team to anyone that enjoys a collaborative, inclusive and welcoming environment where you are free to push the boundaries and succeed."

"Great company to work with."
"10 Year Employee, forced out of Job due to Toxic Work Environment. I had a GREAT Practice Manager. They were forced out as well, while I was on vacation. I came back to a new Practice Manager who created a new work culture which eventually turned toxic. Along with the Pharmacy Supervisor, they made it their goal to force me out as I was at the top of the Pay Scale, which they felt was not merited- regardless of my years with the company or my experience as Lead Tech. They valued neither, focusing their efforts on terminating my Employment instead. Being that I had a Stellar Employment Record with Sutter, I opted to resign versus having my Employment Terminated."
"This company is very straightforward, as long as you work hard and have the willingness to learn, you can move forward with the company."
"I've worked for Sutter Health for over ten years. The people are great but the learning opportunities are swayed to the staff in Sacramento. In other words the Sacramento staff have the ability to learn and be certified. Every other affiliate is out of luck."
"Sutter is a great company to work for. I have been with them in many positions for the last 6 years and am looking forward to many more."
"Worked for the company for 8 1/2 years. First 6 I had a great supervisor. The next 2 1/2 they went outside of the organization and hired a real dud. He was finally let go after 1 1/2 years for creating a hostile work environment."
"I have work with Sutter Care at Home Care for 25 years. I enjoyed doing my job to best of my knowledge and understanding. The company equips me to do my job. Recommend them highly to people who like constant change and challenges in health care world and politics."
"I have worked for Sutter Health for 2 years and it is a very large company that manages its facilities well."
"Great company to work for, too bad I'm just a contractor, no positions opened for me to get in."
"I had worked with Sutter Health on a Contractor role.I was hired primarily for the Windows 7 deployment due to my extensive experience in this area."
