"I enjoyed the opportunity to work with records managers to develope the right retention schedule that best fit their needs."

"Be able to feel comfortable with getting out there and networking as well as making outside cold calls. Also make sure that you are up-to-date with all of the latest education in regards to PCI, HIPPA, HITEC, FACTA, AAA, GLB, NAID, NSA, GSA, and DOD compliancy"
What don't you like about working at The Sutta Co.?
"I didn't like the fact that if I needed to have something done I had to run it past several people before I was able to get an answer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To have upper management available to answer questions in a timely manner without having to go through 20 meetings and conference calls to just solve one issue"
