"This is a shining example of the new workforce: People who REALLY care about their work, their customers, and each other. From the tangible things (a fully stocked kitchen complete with craft beer, Ping Pong table, bike fleet for employees, comfy "living-room" areas to work) and the perks (free massages, fun company-paid events, free taxi rides), to the benefits (way better than the Fortune 500 company I came from), and the culture (open-book environment, big on community involvement, focus on work-life balance)... I can honestly say this is the best place I've worked. Cons: This is a fast-paced company. Be prepared to learn quickly, act quickly, and change quickly."
