"The pt:RN ratio was difficult given the acuity of the patients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Floor nurses should have a ratio of 5 pts to 1 RN, if you want good pt care, and good pt feedback. The nurses would have more time to spend with the pt."

"Hudson Hospital is a newer hospital with a nice set-up. The employees are great to work with. It has a laid back, easy going feel."

"It is always best to be yourself. You are the one who will be working with the healthcare team and a honest presentation is best."

What don't you like about working at Hudson Hospital & Clinics?

"There is little growth opportunities due to it being a smaller hospital. There is no mental health or pediatric area - these are two areas that are of great interest to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should be a little more approachable and available."
