"Beltway traffic. I lived 40 mile from the office. The trip to work drained me more than the work."

"The management was great. My boss was very helpful in developing me in my position as manager. The company could offer more new solution and products to their customer base"

"Small company that would love to grow. I work with the hope that there will be a payoff at the end."

"Be ready to work like you just came out of law school. Very long, demanding hours with little productivity."

"The company would like to be a big dog but a just a small fish. They lack the tools to do the job efficiently while being demanded to have the infomation"

"Have the correct tools for the things that you are demanding."

"I started when there was 900 employee and I had 9 direct reports. It was a lot of fun. Positive feedback from internal clients started coming in, since we were responding to helpdesk calls quicker and being more pro-active. Skill sets were examined and people placed in areas they could be successful."

"Manager would at times not follow chain of command, which made you look bad to your direct reports."
