"Hold out for as much money as you can, believe me you will earn it."
What don't you like about working at Enghouse Systems?
"Lack of vision, Lack of opportunity. Too many in management are willing to sacrifice long term growth for short term profit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop just looking at the bottom line. Your cuts and layoffs have hurt the companies reputation and it may take years to undue the damage your austerity program has created. No matter how may nickels and dimes you save it may not matter if customers have low opinions of us and employees are always working on an exit strategy."
