"I loved being a Supply Technician, because I was able to expand my knowledge and raise production numbers. I was also able to become supervisor within a few months I was working there. I hated the fact that I was constantly getting new people and the people I would train would be gone in the next few weeks."
What do you like about working at L-3?
"Company has decent benefits and the work is not very challenging"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't! I would not recommend working for this company even to my worst enemy. I have never worked for a company that has invested so little in their employee. Management cares more about themselves then the people doing the actual work."
What don't you like about working at L-3?
"Too much to mention. This company does not know how to treat their employes, there is no type of reward program for employees that go above and beyond. The company does not make their employees feel appreciated, we are more just a number than an actual person."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would put more effort into making my employees feel better apreciated and not feel like just a number."
What do you like about working at United States Air Force?
"Well, what I like about it is it's dependable and pays pretty good."

"Get ready to be shocked when you see the alumni."

"What's not so good, is you could become too comfortable."

"If I was running the show I would push harder for ideas."

"I loved the pay, management, safety policy and classes and vacation."

"Be honest about all your work experiences and personal background."

"we worked 12 long hours and 7 days a week. No days off"

"they do a great job really take care of personnel"

"While working for the United States Army I enjoyed a reasonable amount of independence, work hours, and the ability to take care of family issues."

"If interviewing for this position, one should have a working knowledge of Army Supply Regulations and procedures."

"I disliked the amount of time spent working alone with little or no interaction or review by my immediate supervisor."

"I would have liked to been able to have a better rapport so someone else would be able to step in if something would have happened to me."

What do you like about working at Shaw Environmental?
"Working for the Shaw Environments and Infrastructure Engineering Company to Supervised acquisition team and warehouse personnel.. Managed budget of over 5 million dollars. Identified requirements for upcoming troop movement to include but not limited to clothing, weapons and equipment. Control property registers for over 8 million dollars worth of equipment."

"Be prepared to answer the question are you able to work on last minute overtime and weekends. Can you work with difficult customers"

"Overall it was a good place to work. Would like to have a Medical and Benefit package."

"The US Air Force is a great place to work and it offers pride in knowing that you are part of a larger organization making a difference in how others live."
