"Environment is dismal, coworkers are unbearable, work is mindless and makes me feel like my brain is rotting, and feel completely imprisoned."

"Train cross functionally to remove the stagnant employees who get stuck in the same position for 20+ years doing jobs the exact same way with extreme inefficiencies. Eliminate the temp program of 600+ employees who are being abused, underpaid and ignored."
