But the satisfaction I give to the company when i find the Right supplier, product or price makes me feel good about sourcing. What do you like about working at Cummins?
"Cummins was very interested in their employees. They offered several employee assistance programs and activities to maintail high morale. They did all this without sacrificing a good work ethic in order to produce a world class product."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The comapny is employee oriented but their main conacern is their customer base. Stay focused on how you can help the company improve their customer satisfaction."
What don't you like about working at Cummins?
"Many times I felt like there was a lack of direction or specific goals to attain in our department. But I did not notice this in other departments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Before shuffling department roles, make sure that all the people in the department can manage the new role and have a very well defined goal structure before implementation."

"To ensure that politics does not negatively affect the organizational culture and some HR professionals need to relearn their profession."
