"I've worked in Supermicro for over two years. The Boss always says that we are a family and we need to help each other, but sadly I never feel it that way. There are a lot of conflicts between team and team. People are wasting time repeating the same work just to compete with other team. In addition, I did not get a clear picture of the future of the company or even myself. I don't recommend working here if you have choices."
