"People at Sunpower are amazing. They're all more than willing to help if you're willing to ask. There are company outings, which are great for team bonding. While a fun environment, they also know when works need to be done and can be hard workers at the same time."

"I started working with SunPower in July 2011 and at that time the corporate structure was going through many changes. Even now the structure is still in change vs. what I have worked at at other traditional "Construction" Companies. Though now there is good reporting structure up from department to the top, we always struggled to have corporate goals trickle from the employee level on up and there are still many work flow aspects to improve across the departments from development through products to the construction side."
