"I was the main boss! I was the director and I came up with all of our ideas. It was very fun and I looked forward to the day-to-day work! All of the hard days and even the fun easy days, I was there from open to close. It was a great job!"

"just be yourself and give it your best. This is a very up-front job, so be very up-front in your responses!"

What don't you like about working at Sunland Golf & Country Club?

"The board of directors literally did not know anything about the field. They were just older gentlemen that wanted to be on the board of directors. There was no qualification to be a part of the BOD."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire board of directors that have experience in the field of management and other fields that would benefit the company"
