"I worked for Sunkist Grower RTS for over 8 months. The people are great and I will miss them greatly. The Engineering team management is OK but could be improved. There needs to be a clear vision and teamwork is lacking. Until the UI of our software stops looking outdated giving our equipment the perception of being old technology no job will be secure. It does not matter how skilled a person is, if the money is not coming in then the opportunity will vanish."

"Be prepared to know the produce business and that just because it is Sunkist you need to be flexible because there is a lot of competition out there."

"The company is not a forward thinking company wants thins to stay the same"

"Open up to new ideas and stop resting on just what you have been successful at. Leverage the brand more than just on licensed products"

"The IT Director there is a psycho. She has fired most employees and others quit, turn over is too high"

"Check why there is such high turnover in IT and do something about it."
