"The company was great when I started. But then the quality initiate started. It's supposed to be great for both employees and company, but it's more like a witch hunt. Turn over rate is high. The company calls us associates, but we are treated as employees! There are perks, but it feels like smoke screen. The company needs to look at its functional and management rather than provide perks. Perhaps that's why hot shots keep leaving."
