"Are they hiring Last I heard they plan to lay off folks. If you are getting hired get some quick real experience and jump out of the wagon as quick as you can."

"Career developement opportunities were scarce as company didn't grow for approximately 10 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management had a good plan early 90s, but later they lost focus and they ran into many non money generating industry buzzwords like open source and so forth. They had the greatest economy but management had no clue to how to make money out of it. They went after wrong priorities and unhealthy competition."
