"In the begining I was well received. as time passed it became quite apperant that my fellow workers did not the sence of professional behavior.Workers had very bad attitudes."

"The dispatchers nee to know the areas of the job sites. Too many managers who spoil the routing plans for our installers."

"ordering material using ground service rather than next day freight. Holding the installers mroe responsible for the equipment signed out on/loan. Using a quality person to inspect work after installation."
