What do you like about working at Sumter County School District?
"Sumter County School System is an environment for the well being of our future leaders. It is the beginning and ending for a positive career choice for our students. The parents, students, faculty and community are the governing body for the outcome of our citizens. I enjoyed working for this district because it allowed me to strive and give my best to people in the community who I would see develop to become productive citizens and positive role models for our upcoming youth. It brings me joy to know that this district is continuously striving to make the lives of our students accessible and knowledgeable about the real world. Students are given the opportunity to explore and foresee academic trends that will carry them for the rest of their lives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions for management is to support the building administrators and faculty as much as possible to see the difference it will make with the students. If teachers are given the opportunity to develop professionally and academically, this will be enhance the knowledge our students will receive."
