"Project managers there are very intelligent and know what they are doing and also give acknowledge when you do a good job. The design manger I would have to say needs a lot of work. He’s a great designer and knows his stuff but doesn’t know how to properly manage a team. I’d also say if you are thinking of leaving you better be a strong designer and know your stuff or else you won’t make it."
