"I loved this company for the last 3 years I had worked there. The only problem I really had was that since the staff was half Japanese and the other half was American is that the Japanese always favored and being an American I was told I had to work a certain amount of time to get to the next position even though I was already working it."

"Handle all customer and vendor requests, coordinate documentation, run financial reports."

"Don't believe everything that is said about advancement. Then again, I can only speak for my department."

"I cannot stand being micromanaged or being told to do one thing, doing exactly that, then being told I was wrong."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would allow employees to prove their capabilities and not micromanage."
