"DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO OWE YOUR SOLE TO THIS COMPANY... Take the smile of the comptroller and look for the crinkled nose - you will be sorry you were ever nice to it..."

What don't you like about working at Sudmo North America?

"Treat employees like slaves - expect employees to give 100% of personal time to company - expect more than can be delivered - president allows comptroller to run company like a concentration camp - everyone is afraid for their jobs - do not provide recognition to employees who perform tasks as required - expect employees to be error free - tell employees to take initiative and then when they do, tell the employee they are arrogant and did not ask - do not allow employees enough room to make mistakes or take ownership in company - allow other employees to take management rolls without any training - allow comptroller to manage entire company without any management experience - micro-manage employees - too many to mention - they expect you to work your life away by being salaried and never letting you take any comp time..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Message for the president - Do not let comptroller to run company - allow employees to take ownership in company and do not let comptroller to stifle their creativity (companies grow when you allow people to breathe) - something is wrong when you go through multiple service managers (could it be the comptroller) - let people take company in right direction without stepping in their way - take care of smoggy air in back, it's poisonous and no one wants to say anything for fear of being fired - no one likes working at sudmo because of comptroller - get rid of comptroller and company will grow exponentially - president is a very good man! Please take these steps and allow company to grow... Good Luck!!!"
