"Just be confident, quick and eager to learn. it might look like a lot in the beginning but it becomes easier at the end."

What don't you like about working at Subway?

"The conditioning of the job positions is hard. Takes time to get used to. As soon as you're used to it, its fairly easy."

"To stay the same and try to improve process with the headquarters as their methodologies work."

"I enjoyed working here. The customers were usually friendly, but there will be the one customer who would ruin your day. They did not come that often though. I enjoyed working with people and the staff is always helpful."

"The pay wasn't great and some customers just seemed to enjoy complaining."

"Perhaps offer some conflict resolution tips or skills for when the occasional arises."

"There was no team work whatsoever I felt like I was doing everything myself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to get it together. For one a schedule is made so your employees know when to plan for things outside of work, paying bills, doctors appointments, grocery shopping, etc. Also telling people that they have to come to work when they are off or you are going to write them up is very unprofessional and wrong."
