What do you like about working at Pasadena Unified School District?

"Working with the kids and watching them grow up, knowing you were a constructive part of their development."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to sweep things under the carpet and deal with them. Do not let those who have not transgressed against expected comportment be railroaded and black balled in order to sweep the doings of arrogant principals and higher ups under the carpet. It was disconcerting to see that an AP could harass a child by pushing them up against a locker and still continue to be employed by the district and still work with kids, and still collect a handsome paycheck. Other stories as well. Those looking out for the kids should be rewarded not castigated. Teachers should not be seen as expendable, whether substitute or full time. Especially if these have at their heart the good of the kids, whereas those recommending their dismissal, do not, as in my case, or the case of the McKinley Seven."
