"Not always a lot to do. There are weeks where you will be swamped and others where there is hardly any work."

"Keep getting more bookings! More live concerts and live recordings!"

"This job did not make use of my artistic skills or my graphic design background."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Having someone from the QA department review a sampling of files as they came off the scanners would have caught scanner problems earlier and resulted in fewer rescans."
