"First, the organization is run entirely by internal politics. Very few of our staff did not transition with the CEO from DC, and brought their friends with them. I have a technical position and have been begging for two years for something other than a macbook air to work on. All requests have been ignored. There is no way to work your way up as the hierarchies and decision points have already been set."
