"This company is as much about intellectual capacity to learn, as it is about personality. Treat the interview as you would bringing in a new client to a firm; contained enthusiatic excellence."

"The opportunities and pay are some what limited, but this position is a in school position. Thus, such limited opportunities is to be expected."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would tell them to focus more on teaching research concepts for applicable statutes. The company does teach this area, but I believe it can be done in a more concise and effective manner."
