"It was a fun student environment, but lacked any room for growth or full time employment."

"No the interview process is very straight forward. No technical questions were even asked during the interview."

What don't you like about working at University of Alabama?

"The same as listed in the previous box. No room for growth made the employee turnover rate very high."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At least pretend like you're wanting to hire some of the student full time when they graduate."
