"I get to work on actual engineering projects, not just data entry."

"The specifics of some work such as cost reduction was not my interest."

"Complacency by some employees to take advantage of others hard work."

"The management was excellent however all have very different policies and methods."

"I like the people I work with and the work I do."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No. I do not. I was referred there by a friend who was moving on."
What don't you like about working at Phifer?
"It is hard to get things done. Institutional change is incredibly hard to affect, even when multiple Product Line's OM's recognize the value."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A greater investment in capital improvements and a stricter enforcement of work place policies that would reduce scrap rates and improve quality. Reducing scrap is their main cost and focus."

What do you like about working at Nuclear Management Company?
"I was an intern and for being a small local employer the team of electrical engineers there did a very admirable job of preparing me for life after college."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself."
What don't you like about working at Nuclear Management Company?
"The paperwork. I don't mind paperwork in general, but when you have to submit a one-inch thick pile of paper for the electrician to add a welding receptacle it's a little bit over the top."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I liked management a great deal for their candor and attentiveness."

What do you like about working at Eaton?
"Large company, many resources."
What don't you like about working at Eaton?
"HR, while they will provide you with ample opportunity to watch them dance around the subject at hand, they will turn on you at a second if you choose to pursue something that may tarnish them in any way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"HR needs to be more transparent or at least show that it is moving forward with a personal issue you have given to them. As it stands, it seems as though somebody in a tiny office is making an on the fly decision that affects you."
