"Northrop is a fairly large company, where red-tape and bureaucracy can get in the way of innovative ideas and changes."

"Allow more freedom for the engineers to modify and innovate designs and concepts to stay at the forefront of the aerospace industry."

"I enjoyed a majority of the projects we were involved in. The structural design experience I received was also very rewarding."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are looking for a place to learn and gain some experience. Technically this company does not even exist anymore."
What don't you like about working at Augusta Erectors?
"I didn't like the fact that the company was family owned and operated. The direction of the company was not geared towards long term success. The company did not reward it's employees, and in short was a terrible company to start my career with."

"Take care of your employees, and invest in the future."
