What do you like about working at Stride & Associates?
"Growth opportunities for top sales performers, however the downside is you have to relocate to move up in the company. I had to move across the country 3 times in order to continue to move up. The people are Type A personalities, very competitive, fun and you can make great friends."

"This is a great company to work for to develop your skills in sales and recruiting, but you're best move would be to leave after a year and take your skills elsewhere to be paid better and have a better work life balance."

"Compensation, commission structure is terrible. Long hours, lack of flexibility in the job. The company gets too involved in your personal life. Cult like environment"
