2.8I worked for Stratosphere Quality from September of 2019 until January 2020 . I applied for the job on ziprecruiter and I met the recruiter from Stratosphere Quality at Tim Hortons in Sidney Ohio he offered me the job so I drove to Marysville Ohio for orientation . At orientation I was told it would be a full time job . They assigned me to work at the Anna Ohio Honda plant and that is when the nightmare started . I worked second shift the supervisors are in their 20's I am 56 years old and they wanted nothing to do with me . Another older woman and I were sent home December 16, 17 and 18 so her and I called HR in Marysville Ohio and they had to work us the 19th and 20th . The day before shutdown at the Honda plant . Honda had a Christmas dinner for the stratosphere quality employees . Me and 2 other woman where not invited to the dinner . I did work at the Honda plant in Russell's point Ohio the managers were nicer and more professional but I could not get a transfer over there
4.8I work for stratosphere quality since March 2019. We performed quality inspections identifying any issues, help implement potential fixes, as well as reject anything that was not up to standards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking Quality employment to obtain equality background.
