"The high caliber people who are immensely humble and treat each other like family."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be genuine and honest. Arrogance doesn't last long here - the people are far too capable for any one person to be arrogant anyway. You will work in the midst of lawyers (JDs), Economics phDs and undergraduates from the top schools in the country."

What don't you like about working at Keystone Strategy?

"Nothing so far - the brand recognition is not immediate. Keystone is no McKinsey even though it's clients are easily in the Fortune 100."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To build a stronger brand presence in the industry and on campuses - they are already working to do that."

"To be yourself so that the company can get a fill for who you are and how you will fit into their environment."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"I am under paid. I currently make 40% less than the avg. person in my position."

"Invest heavily in planning and always aim high for achievements. Measure your success by the customers."
