"The company closed it's U.S. operations late in 2008. The parent company continues to operate, only in South America."

What don't you like about working at Masisa?

"Lack of training in order to stay up to date with the current industry and professional programs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Should U.S. operations be resumed in the future, I would suggest keeping employes educated in current cutting edge educational and training programs, in order to make them more effective, thus more valuable to the company."
