If the store is down due to a bad switch, and being able to walk a store associate though bypassing the switch. It feels like I can feel the stores relief when the store is back up and online. One of the things I didn't like is when there is a tech on site, and they think they know everything about the environment, and once you start talking with the tech, you know that they really don't know as much as they think they know. I work well with everyone, so even with the tech that thinks they know everything, I can learn something."
