"Be confident in yourself. Don't be afraid to insist on clear instruction."

"My last boss wasn't the best at communication and some of his instruction was ambiguous."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest in stronger technology. Capitalize on the knowlege legacy of longer term employees."

"I like my coworkers, the environment, and the ability to have things in common with coworkers. Space planning experience has been greatly increased."

"Just like any other position, your desire to succeed at Sears is expressed by your quality of work."

"There is very limited room for growth at Sears. Working on contract is demeaning and disrespectful. Furniture and office layout are outdated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give contractors more ability to prove their worth. Keeping planners assigned to one project for long periods of time makes daily work bland and repetitive."

"My supervisor was a racist. I was surprised on how little this company cared about the public it served."
