  "I started at Event Network in 2012 as a Sales Lead and progressed to a Store Director, thanks in part to great mentors and leadership. Working in various cultural attractions was a key highlight and excellent way to spend each day. For entry level roles, there's great room for growth and the pay off is great but once you hit a director role there isn't much growth unless you're willing to relocate to larger, higher volume stores. The company revolves around a great support system with retail industry leaders that can easily help you grow in merchandising, operations, guest service, or any other facet of retail or even non retail. Each store on it's own is a great, family feel environment, like mom and pop store with major backing."
