"Most of my team teleworks. Allows us to be more creative in our environment."

"Personality goes a long way. I have to say that most of the people here are very personable."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"A little heavy on the middle engagement size. Constant re-orgs as a result."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"One re-org every two years should be the maximum. More than that and it's just silly."

"Stress technical training and background, but don't take it personally if you lose out to someone who knows others internally better."

"Women are NOT treated fairly or given the same opportunities at Intel, regardless of what is publicized."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ensure women are treated fairly...don't just talk about it and pretend they are. You are driving out a valuable resource you could be taking advantage of."
