"I enjoyed the diverse clientele. Enjoyed working with a reliable staff. Enjoyed implementing new positive business marketing ideas to raise the bottom line. Enjoyed maintaining all of the administrative needs of the business. While I was the owner, the work environment was strong and ethical. Employees were friendly and energetic and we were all ready to make the day productive and and produce revenew for the business."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If applying for a management position with the present owner, I would suggest that this individual present themselves as a leader and demonstrate reliability and ready to take charge of the position."

What don't you like about working at Stop N Go Cleaners?

"While I was the owner the business ran strong and was a high producer for the industry, however, upon the sale and change of ownership, the new owner had a different perspective of managing the business. The product quality was that not of a high standard. It became a less than exceptable end product that disatisfied the clientele."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The finished product is an essential key for customer satisfaction and returning customers, and the end product that is being delivered to our customers is not that of their satisfaction. In order to accomplish customer satisfaction, the cleaning must improve. Meeting customers expected due dates is key."
