"I really enjoyed creating a syllabus and course work for these upper level undergraduate students. I had maximum intellectual and creative independence."

"The University was located nearly 1.5 hours from my home and it made commuting once a week very difficult."

"There are many adjunct professors in the university and even within departments and there was no program or intention to have them get together and share experiences to learn from and improve the student experience through dialogue."
