"Interviewing to get into graduate school is different from interviewing to get a job. They'll accept you before they've met you, so the primary tips are to do well in undergrad and get a good GRE score. When finding an advisor, enthusiasm is appreciated."

What don't you like about working at Stony Brook University?

"As a research assistant/graduate student, they don't like that we get too comfortable, so the pay is rather low compared to how technical and demanding the work can be."

"No, I think the atmosphere arrived at is exactly what is needed."
