"I've worked for Stonebridge Communities for a few years now. They are a great company to work for with excellent compensation packages. It is a smaller company so there is little to no room for advancement. There are also some conflicting management styles within the corporate management staff which can make it confusing for the employees/management staff. My colleagues are great and make it a joy to come to work every day. Overall it is a great place to work, though."
