"We got to work from home, and the boss was a great guy. The atmosphere was friendly and funny. We got a lot of work done and helped a lot of people."

"Just be really good at what you do and be prepared for lots of work, sometimes at many hours a day and even weekends."
What don't you like about working at Stompernet?
"It was poorly managed from a financial standpoint. The two owners had a feud and drove the company into debt which caused massive layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I could suggest one thing to them it would be to start over. I believe this is what they did, but there were a lot of things that needed to be removed which were interfering with customer experience."
