"Don't expect a very high wage because Banana Republic offers a huge employee discount instead, and it can be hit or miss trying to advance within the company. It all depends on if you are a favorite of the current management."

"Some managers were awful to work with and were not interested in helping you in any way."

"There was very little improvement despite repeated feedback given to upper management."
