"I've been part of STM's journey for 10 years. I have seen it undergo multiple changes in strategic priorities, and in the process, I have navigated 4 different roles for 3 product groups. Overall, it is a great learning ground to develop strong technical and business fundamentals. However, it lacks the focus and agility to stay relevant in today's tech environment. Looking forward, I plan to move into strategic product management roles, which unfortunately do not exist in my location."

"Limited career growth. Salary compensation is far below market standard (at least that's the case for me)"
