"I worked under a sub company to STG. After some time I got a change to move away from the sub company and onto STG. Was not paid that well under the sub company and my manager for STG knew the level of work I did and saw the value I had to the team. I was able to gain a very good pay (well above what I would have asked for if I was asked how much I would like)."
