"Not a good place for growth. Tough to move up. You are pretty much stuck where you begin unless someone above you quit or gets fired. Pay is somehow average. The company tries to get you way too cheap; so price yourself wisely or you will price yourself out of the job. Culture is toxic and hostile sometimes. Too much gossips and trash talk behind others' backs."
