"Working in the Mortgage industry and providing support for 1700 plus users can sometimes become demanding. The limitation to the industry is the actual capacity of meeting IT needs and standards. The pay can be considerably lower compared to the dedication and demand of the industry based on other comparable industries in the same field. I love working with the customers, but it becomes frustrating at times when you can't service the user because of technological limitations."
