"It was a great atmosphere where everyone got along. Guest and staff were always friendly and made every night a great one."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The best thing I can say is be yourself and the rest will fall into place. The hotel manager and sales manager are two great guys who love what they do and will do everything they can to help you reach your goals inside the company."

What don't you like about working at Staybridge Suites?

"I can honestly say there was nothing I disliked about the hotel."

"To just keep up their great work it is a great place to work."

"I loved the property. Easy to sell. Corporate environment so we had the best guests. Job security."

"I liked it all. It was mainly the promotion that I left that property. Hated to leave but needed to move forward."

"Micromanagement is not a good thing in extended stay type hotels. That is why we went through many GM's."

"Run, run as fast as you can! You won't last long unless you're a backside-kisser."

"Assistant General Manager micro managed my dept. I would tell them one thing, he would tell them another, and they did what he told them. Left me out of the loop!"

"Get rid of your Asst Manager, he is a bully."

"I've worked for Staybridge Suites for an year now and overall it was a pretty good workplace the only thing that wasnt so good about the job was the housekeeper supervisor dee Goodman I believe to make a compny successful you have to have successful leaders and with the wrong attitude it could fall back on your employees but the location was nice and the rooms was very clean and nice."
