"To try and have the corporate structure a little more loose."
"I’ve worked for State Street as a contractor for about a year now. I have enjoy working here with the privilege of flexible work hours. Unfortunately, I had to consider moving to another company closer to where my school is located. While they were nice enough to grant me flexibility, the travel schedule wouldn’t make me as efficient any more."
